Project Overview

Q City, Hyderabad is a modern international office development located in the emerging business district of Gachi Bowli. Adjacent to the prestigious Indian School of Business, the property enjoys a prominent setting among the sprawling campuses of marquee organisations such as Microsoft, Computer Associates, Wipro, UBS and InfoSys. The property also benefits from close links to Hi-Tech City and Banjara Hills.

The campus, which will be managed by Cushman & Wakefield Property Management Services, consists of two Class A office buildings, connected by means of a glass paneled interconnecting walkway. The development totals approx. 8 lakh square foot commercial space, with Building A constituting c. 185,000 sft over 10 floors and Building B c. 565,000 sft over 9 floors. Each floor plate has the flexibility to adapt to individual tenant requirements with Block B, in particular, having the capacity to accommodate up to four different tenants at any one time (with each having separate access, reception areas, toilets etc). Project-common retail, consisting of a subsidized canteen and fitness centre, will be provided and are currently under discussion with a view to incorporating international-standard design and operation. Convenient parking is also available with an allocation of 1:1,000 sft and 1:950 sft for four-wheeler vehicles and two-wheeler vehicles respectively.

Q City incorporates generous specifications for tenants such as 100% DG back-up, sixteen 20-person high-speed Mitsubishi passenger lifts, up-to-the-minute fire fighting / alarm systems and substantial floor to ceiling heights. Significant time and resource has also been spent in finishing the building to a manner expected by discerning international tenants and we are proud to say that the quality of finishes is commensurate with the highest international standards. In addition, all of the office space enjoys a high level of natural light from the modern curved design and extensive façade glazing.

Most important of all, Q City is ready for fit-out today!
